Serves 1

This martini channels the orange ice cream bars you loved as a kid while satisfying the grown-up tastes you’ve acquired since.

2 ounces mandarin orange-flavored vodka
2 ounces DOVE Chocolate Martini Mix
1 ounce Irish Cream
1 ounce light cream or half and half
1 cup ice

Yellow Squash Sliced
Zucchini Sliced
2 tsp Tastefully Simple Seasoned Salt
2 tsp Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic
Black Pepper to Taste
1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Combine all ingredients and wrap in tin foil.  Cook on grill for 25 minutes, keep turning so foil does not burn.

Variation:  Place all ingredients in a foil pan and cook on grill for 30 minutes.
